To avoid the package being undeliverable:

To prevent the package being undeliverable (the shipper will charge you for this) we advise you to:

1) Give an address where you are sure that someone will be present to receive the package (for example an office address), along with any other useful information including the name on the bell if different from the consignee, or the bell number.

2) The most convenient time for the delivery

3) A contact telephone number for the shipper to call if necessary.

4) Indicate who might be able to receive the package for you - the doorman, a nearby shop, etc.

How can I pay?

- Bank Account. After you make the payment, we suggest you to send us the receipt either by fax (to +390815514417) or by e-mail (to sales@chalcos.it). Our bank co-ordinates will be also sent to your e-mail address together to the order confirmation. (see bank co-ordinates)

- Credit  Card, VISA, MASTERCARD. We'll activate this service as soon as possible. 

The invoice will be sent after the shipment.
